Documents Needed

Which documents have to accompany an application?

Originals of all your diplomas, transcripts, school leaving certificates and examination results (High School, College or University).
Original of your ID (driver’s license or passport). A copy will be made and the original returned to you.
Cash, credit card or money order for payment (see fee schedule on application).

All completed applications must be accompanied by the original educational documents. We must see the originals for verification, but we will make copies and give your originals back to you.

If copies are all you have, they must be certified by an attorney or notarized. Applicants must include a secondary school diploma, degree diploma and transcripts of all post-secondary education study. Copies should be clear and legible. In the case where the degree diploma does not state the major field of study, detailed transcripts issued by the university recorder must be submitted.
