Documents Needed

• For Haiti – Premiere/Deuxieme Partie or BAC UNIQUE: Diplomas and Transcripts – these do not need to be translated into English.
• For Jamaica – School Leaving Certificate/High School Diploma and CXC Results.
• For West African Countries – High School Diploma and WAEC Examination Results.
• For all other countries – High School Diplomas and Transcripts.

Please submit original documents only – no photocopies will be accepted.

If you do not have any original documents, you can request them from the issuing party (high school, college/university, previous employer).

If you only have copies available and cannot obtain original documents, your copies must be certified by an attorney and/or notarized. Copies should be clear and legible. In the event your degree diploma does not state the major field of study, detailed transcripts issued by the university recorder must be submitted.

Identification – please bring to your appointment a piece of valid, government-issued photo ID – Driver’s License, Passport etc.

Payment – Cash (exact amount, if possible), Debit, Credit via Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discovery; or online using Credit/Debit, Venmo or PayPal. Please do not submit payment until a staff member has verified your documentation.
